Before you begin: (1) Have your membership number handy. (2) For chapter registration, you will need the name, membership number and email address for each brother that will be in attendance. Each brother will receive his registration confirmation and QR code to the email address provided.
Chapter Registration
$300 flat, covering up to six attendees
Choose Chapter Registration. The fee is the same whether one brother attends or six.
Select alumni or undergraduate, select the chapter from the list provided, and specify the number brothers that will attend.
Complete the attendee information for each attending brother. Enter the first attendee. Complete all required fields (denoted with an *).
Dietary notes are asked for each attendee (response is optional), this information will be used for meal preparation purposes.
Payment: either pay by credit or debit card or ACH bank transfer. The total shown includes the processing fee.
Individual Registration
$50 for one brother
Choose Individual Registration.
Select alumni or undergraduate, your chapter and your position.
Enter your name, suffix and membership number.
Enter your contact details and any dietary restriction (response is optional), this information will be used for meal preparation purposes.
Payment: either pay by credit or debit card or ACH bank transfer. The total shown includes the processing fee.
Chapter Advisor
No fee. Verified by the Exchequer
Choose Chapter Advisor.
Select the undergraduate chapters you advise. For those advisors that advise more than one chapter + Add additional chapter; a chapter can only be selected once.
Enter your name, suffix and membership number.
Enter your contact details and any dietary restriction (response is optional), this information will be used for meal preparation purposes.
No payment is taken. Your registration is held until the Province Keeper of Exchequer confirms it.
Dignitary
No fee. Verified by the Exchequer
Choose Authorized Province or Visiting Dignitary.
Select Grand Chapter or your province and position.
Enter your name, suffix and membership number.
Enter your contact details and any dietary restriction (response is optional), this information will be used for meal preparation purposes.
No payment is taken. Your registration is held until the Exchequer confirms it.
Things to Remember
- After you pay by card: Registration is confirmed immediately and the confirmation is delivered via email.
- After you pay by bank transfer: Processing will take three to five business and your registration will be confirmed once processing is complete. If you enter your bank routing and account number manually, your bank must be verified first, which adds an additional day or two.
- Chapter registrations: Every registered brother will receive an email confirmation which will include a personalized registration number and QR code. Bring your confirmation to the registration table to be issued your badge.
- Chapter Advisors and Dignitaries: Your registration will be reviewed by the Province Keeper of Exchequer, once confirmed, registration confirmation will be sent via email.
